From this perspective, the need to identify an adequate balance between the demands underlying post-marital solidarity and those expressed by the principle of self-responsibility is placed in a context in which it is necessary to consider the peculiarities that characterize the cases in which we witness a overlap over time of multiple families made up of individuals who share economic dependence on the same family member.

Le complesse relazioni che si instaurano all’interno della famiglia ricomposta impongono all’interprete di riconsiderare gli orientamenti giurisprudenziali formatisi in materia di assegno divorzile. In quest’ottica l’esigenza di individuare un adeguato equilibrio tra le istanze sottese alla solidarietà post-coniugale e quelle espresse dal principio dell’autoresponsabilità si colloca in un contesto nel quale occorre considerare le peculiarità che caratterizzano le fattispecie nelle quali si assiste ad una sovrapposizione nel tempo di più nuclei familiari composti da soggetti che condividono la dipendenza economica da un medesimo familiare.
