This chapter presents an overview of treatment approaches to acquired deficits in the representation and processing of morphosyntax. It describes different aphasia syndromes, it provides an overview of current psycholinguistic and neurolinguistic models of comprehension and production, and it describes evidence-based treatment approaches aimed at treating sentence level impairments in comprehension and production.
