EduSport - International Summer School

The EduSport summer school is an intensive program dedicated to European student in exercise and sport sciences that wish to gain advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in specific fields related to their degree. Each year the summer school will have a major focus: (e.g. Wellness and Tourism, Performance Analysis, Martial Arts, etc). The program of the school will be divided so to provide both a theoretical and a practical approach from international experts of the specific discipline. Additionally the school will utilize a new educational approach. The student will be divided in multiple groups and each group will be asked to plan and organize activities for other groups. The evaluation at the end of the school, which is necessary to assign the educational credits to each student, will keep into consideration not only the theoretical and practical knowledge gained by the student during the classes but also their active participation in the planning of activities for their fellow classmates. The importance of the educational aspect of sport activity is in fact the central aim of the EduSport school.
