The contribution analyzes art. 4 of the eIDAS Regulation, which, on the one hand, reaffims the principle of freedom to provide services on a temporary basis guaranteed by EU law in the specific field regulated by the Regulation and, on the other hand, restates the principle of free circulation of the goods that support (or are generated by) the trust services provided.
