Premessa

Foreword. The introduction to the volume explains the reasons behind its drawing, placing them both in the horizon of the clear and frenetic changes in the current religious, social and cultural landscape, and in the perspective of the developments of ecclesiastical law as a discipline that is vocationally and traditionally aimed to investigate and illustrate the complex and changing relations among religious legal universes and secular legal systems (both on the national and the supranational level).

Nella premessa al volume si spiegano le ragioni che hanno determinato la sua redazione, collocandole nell’orizzonte sia dei mutamenti evidenti e frenetici del panorama religioso, sociale, culturale contemporaneo, sia delle prospettive di sviluppo del diritto ecclesiastico quale materia vocazionalmente e tradizionalmente rivolta a indagare e illustrare le complesse e mutevoli relazioni tra universi giuridici confessionali e ordinamenti secolari (statali e sovranazionali).
