Transport services, in their various modalities, and the management of the infrastructures destined to them have always been the real engine of the economy and society, sometimes capable of determining their fate, even in the long term, with a marked impact on them with both positive, and negative effects. In this perspective, the study of the regulatory models in the matter, especially if it is possible to maintain a transnational scope, which reflects the schemes proposed by different legal traditions, can not be lacking in the training of the contemporary jurist and is essential for promoting healthy and thriving economic and social processes.
