In the second book of the Dictionary the research moves toward topics that involve more closely on how Public Power acts and decides, approaching terms that represent the constituency of Administrative Law. Yet, discussing of Autonomy, Citizenship, Public Interest, Responsability/Accountability and Transparency we intend not only to give a first glance of some of the founding ideas of how Executive Power is shaped and operates today, but also to represent some of the challenges that in the next future Governments and administrations will face.
