Corte di giustizia e cooperazione tra attori strategici: alcune considerazioni in tema di rinvio pregiudiziale e azione di annullamento

This contribution explores, through the study of concrete cases, the impact of some theoretical aspects of primary importance in the multilevel cooperation system involving domestic and EU judges. The attention is focused on two jurisdictional procedures provided for by the EU founding Treaties, namely the preliminary ruling (for interpretation) and the action for annulment. The contribution underlines the key role that the referring courts and the Advocate General can play for the evolution of the European integration process.
