In order to discuss the topic of freedom in a journey throughout literature and law, the question arises spontaneously: is it possible, today, to consider the area of freedom and autonomy as a negative, empty and narrow space, or is it more suitable to look at these concepts as a positive and open space full of interpersonal relationships and mutual recognitions? With this dissertation we will demonstrate that, between the two options, it is preferable to opt for the latter.

Abstract
In order to discuss the topic of freedom in a journey throughout literature and law, the question arises spontaneously: is it possible, today, to consider the area of freedom and autonomy as a negative, empty and narrow space, or is it more suitable to look at these concepts as a positive and open space full of interpersonal relationships and mutual recognitions? With this dissertation we will demonstrate that, between the two options, it is preferable to opt for the latter.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
