Abstract
The abundance of impressive ceremonial, religious, and storage buildings located within the site has led to an underestimation of its special character with regard to the various aspects of daily life. This paper focuses on one such aspect that has been neglected thus far—the domestic architecture of Ayia Triada.3 An interpretive approach centered on the site’s domestic contexts and focusing, in particular, on one very large building, the Casa dei Vani aggiunti progressivamente (Casa VAP), could be of some interest in highlighting its peculiar status, especially when compared with the other Final Palatial settlements on Crete.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
