The concept of well-being is now a “concept-guide” for innovative actions for health, consumption and sustainable lifestyles. Daily life is becoming the object of “care” as never before. With a view to a better “life-time value” (Rifkin, 2000, p. 11), individuals are becoming more aware of themselves and their needs, which leads to question of well-being that goes beyond overcoming the disease or pain, or the indication of a specific social status.
