The author examines the controversial issue of the relationship between Dante and law, in particular with Roman Law. After an isagogic premise on Dante’s education and political career, some quotations of Roman Law contained in his works are investigated.
L’autore indaga il discusso tema del rapporto fra Dante e il diritto, con particolare riferimento al diritto romano. In tale direzione, dopo una premessa isagogica sulla formazione e sulla carriera politica di Dante, sono sottoposte ad esame alcune citazioni di diritto romano contenute nelle sue opere.
