Artificially intelligent (AI) systems are being used more and more in the area of human resource management (HRM). The algorithmic management environment should be regulated and oriented in a human-centered approach, given that ethics-based auditing is not enough to preserve this effective balance; but AI tools should not be banned or un-duly restricted in the area of HRM to avoid the adverse effect of business es-caping from legal rules and constraints, vanishing all the efforts done for a guided evolution of AI.

Abstract
Artificially intelligent (AI) systems are being used more and more in the area of human resource management (HRM). The algorithmic management environment should be regulated and oriented in a human-centered approach, given that ethics-based auditing is not enough to preserve this effective balance; but AI tools should not be banned or un-duly restricted in the area of HRM to avoid the adverse effect of business es-caping from legal rules and constraints, vanishing all the efforts done for a guided evolution of AI.File in questo prodotto:
