Codifica e strategie di resa degli eventi di moto: letet’ e i suoi prefissati a confronto con le corrispondenti forme italiane

Strategies of Encoding Motion Events: letet’ and Its Verbal Prefixes and the Corresponding Italian Forms This paper deals with a contrastive analysis of the encoding strategies of motion-event components in Russian and Italian, with an emphasis on the prefixed verb forms of letet’ and their corresponding verb forms in Italian. The aim of the study is to define the “degree of salience” of Russian verbal prefixes in the corresponding Italian verb forms. Starting from a Russian perspective allows, in our opinion, to identify the possible Italian correspondences and to show the importance of the Russian verbal prefixes. The research has been conducted on the parallel Italian-Russian corpus, part of the National Corpus of the Russian Language (we considered only some examples).
