The method comprises the steps of: acquiring batterypack state data, vehicle data, climate data and geographic data in a current time period; determining power consumption and actual mileage; calculating the battery replacement cost and the battery replacement price; making decision-making suggestions of battery replacement and charging opportunities; performing statistics and calculation according to the received data sent by the plurality of electric vehicles; carrying out SOH management on the battery packs, and determining the commercial use decision of a single battery pack or a certain batch of battery packs, wherein the commercial use decision comprises continuous use, periodic maintenance or retirement. According to the invention, the operation data, the vehicle data and the environment data of each battery pack can be analyzed andcalculated, the battery replacement cost and price are determined, and a battery replacement operator is helped to make strategic management decisions of the battery packs.
