The present essay aims to consider some fruitful and important aspects of Remi Brague's intellectual Research. For Brague, the cultural reconstruction of Europe requires the recovery of the classical notion of nature, a nature that is normatively relevant, in order to understand and overcome the mostakes of modern (anti-) humanism.
