La strategia europea di economia circolare nel settore agroalimentare: il potenziale ruolo degli organismi interprofessionali e delle organizzazioni di produttori

This contribution is an initial reflection on the potential application of the circular economy strategy along the agri-food chain. After an overview on the definition of circular economy, we focus in detail on the role that the organizations of producers (POs) and interprofessional organizations (IOs) may have in the dissemination of a more sustainable model such as circular economy. Thus trying to understand if it is possible to trace, within the european regulations already in force, the provisions to legitimize these organizations to act.
