During the Fascist period, Romagna was a place of significant architectural and urban transformations due to the bond between Mussolini’s family and its land. The paper deals with the topic of use with respect to some emblematic architectures in Forlì, Predappio and Mercato Saraceno. While recent interventions show a renewed attention to this heritage, it is the narrative of the history of these buildings that can generate virtuous urban practices useful for developing an entire territory.
