In a rapidly changing society, marked in recent years by the Covid-19 pandemic, the difficulties faced have also allowed us to reflect and rethink our ways of working, accelerating and rapidly transforming the process that led to the spread of smart working (albeit with different forms and guarantees). But how prepared and educated are we for smart work? And what actions can an organization put in place so that the workers are really smart? The contribution addresses these questions by analyzing data relating to female employment, digital skills and digital performance indicators in Italy and in Europe to propose some useful actions to promote more flexible, diversity-friendly and innovative ways of working, in order to truly create a community of workers who are cohesive, supportive and responsible.

Abstract
In a rapidly changing society, marked in recent years by the Covid-19 pandemic, the difficulties faced have also allowed us to reflect and rethink our ways of working, accelerating and rapidly transforming the process that led to the spread of smart working (albeit with different forms and guarantees). But how prepared and educated are we for smart work? And what actions can an organization put in place so that the workers are really smart? The contribution addresses these questions by analyzing data relating to female employment, digital skills and digital performance indicators in Italy and in Europe to propose some useful actions to promote more flexible, diversity-friendly and innovative ways of working, in order to truly create a community of workers who are cohesive, supportive and responsible.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
