Within the debate on temporary organisation (Lundin and Söderholm, 1995; Bakker et al. 2016), recent studies have explored the relationship between temporary and permanent organising, focusing on coordination and emerging tensions (i.e. Stjerne and Svejenova, 2016). Understanding the outcomes of this relationship is particularly important when a temporary organisational structure is employed to solve a crisis affecting a permanent organisation, as it happens with the practice of commissariamento within the Italian public administration.

Abstract
Within the debate on temporary organisation (Lundin and Söderholm, 1995; Bakker et al. 2016), recent studies have explored the relationship between temporary and permanent organising, focusing on coordination and emerging tensions (i.e. Stjerne and Svejenova, 2016). Understanding the outcomes of this relationship is particularly important when a temporary organisational structure is employed to solve a crisis affecting a permanent organisation, as it happens with the practice of commissariamento within the Italian public administration.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
