Abstract
The dialogue between the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights and the Italian Constitution underlines the strictly individualistic nature of the right to work, as an expression of social personality and a fundamental right to full self-determination. Consequently, labour is the principle that conditions (or should condition) the economic policies to avoid the overturning of the relation according to which labour is a measure for economic’s legitimacy.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
