Abstract
XAS is applied for the study of the local geometry of Cu site in complexes containing scorpionate-based ligands. Copper complexes of this family has been proved to retain high cytotoxic activity against a panel of human tumor cell lines. The use of the XAS technique might allow to obtain the copper coordination site of these metal complexes, whose structures are not accessible by the XRD.File in questo prodotto:
