This volume has shared both problems and solutions to address today’s chaotic higher education environment. We have heard from authors across the world who have all agreed that there is much work to do to effectively utilize ICT to empower HEI to not only educate learners, but also to equip society for tomorrow’s challenges. The thoughts offered by our authors resonate with us as most folks today have become frustrated with higher education. The value/cost ratio does not always add up for students and their families. But what if higher education and its leaders were able to move their institutions beyond chaos and into clarity? What if we could fully lead HEI organizations in such a way that pedagogy and technology were effectively paired and could create unique learning opportunities for students across the world?
