This article reports the results of a qualitative survey conducted on a sample of students of the School of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Bologna, analysing the impact of the shift to online lessons during the lockdown imposed by Covid 19 pandemic in Italy in spring 2020. The author of the article thoroughly analyses positive and negative aspects of online-learning, admitting that there are such categories of students, who prefer online-learning because of their individual treats of character and individual, educational needs. The author comes to the conclusion, that in the modern conditions of post-pandemic it is possible to speak about mixed (hybrid) education – combination of online and offline-learning, based on the innovative and traditional forms of pedagogical activity.
