The routes of friendship during the lockdown: trends and educational needs

Reporting the results of a research, this article analyses the manifestations and evolutions of friendship ties during the lockdown imposed by the Covid 19 pandemic, focusing in particular on the use of technologies and future prospects. The need that emerges is that of placing the bonds of friendship at the center of pedagogical and educational reflection. The author comes to the conclusion that, although digital technologies are aimed to ease students’ lockdown at home, and lower their feeling of loneliness, they can’t compensate fully the whole depth of friendship and reflect the orientation of interpersonal relationships.
