Although the general picture of family life conditions appears better than in the past, we cannot ignore some critical elements that characterise contemporary family relationships and their impact on the condition of minors. We are referring to the manifestations of "bad education", the lack of respect for the rights of children and adolescents, the risks to the physical and mental health of minors induced by the so-called post-globalization welfare society. Our pedagogical view of family realities adopted here rejects the rhetorical and blameworthy speeches and/or simplifying perspectives, which are often infused with speeches on families and their educational functions.
Per quanto il quadro generale delle condizioni di vita familiare appaia migliore che in passato, non possiamo ignorare alcuni elementi critici che caratterizzano le relazioni familiari contemporanee e le loro ricadute sulla condizione dei minorenni . Ci riferiamo alle manifestazioni di “cattiva educazione”, al mancato rispetto dei diritti dell’infanzia e dell’adolescenza, ai rischi per la salute fisica e psichica dei minorenni indotti dalla cosiddetta società del benessere post globalizzazione. Lo il nostro sguardo pedagogico sulle realtà familiari qui adottato rifiuta i discorsi retorici e colpevolizzanti e/o le prospettive semplificatrici, di cui sono spesso infarciti i discorsi sulle famiglie e sulle loro funzioni educative.
