This chapter examines the functions and the uses of the images of Nazi crimes shot and edited by the Soviet cameramen. It focuses both on domestic mobilization and its patterns and supports, and on international targets of these footages. The case of the deceiving film on Katyn is also briefly analyzed.

Questo capitolo esamina le funzioni e gli usi delle immagini dei crimini nazisti riprese e montate dai cameraman sovietici. Si concentra sia sulla mobilitazione interna e i suoi modelli e supporti, sia sugli obiettivi internazionali di questi filmati. Il caso del film ingannevole su Katyn è anche brevemente analizzato.
