Farm investment behaviour under the CAP reform process

The objectives of this study are: • “To carry out an analysis of investment behaviour among farming systems clustered by the use of "conventional" and "emerging" farming systems (see 2. Additional Information). • To assess the impact of the CAP reform process - with special focus on the Single Payment Scheme - on farmers’ investment behaviour using scenario analysis (8-12 years horizon). • To evaluate the consequences of the investment behaviour on the sustainability of farming systems, and to draw appropriate policy recommendations.”
