The text extensively introduces the first (nearly) complete recording of Giovanni Gabrieli's keyboard compositions. Historic, analytical, stylistic aspect are faced in order to introduce punctually the fruition of the pieces recorded and Roberto Loreggian's executive choices, derived from a specific research in handwritten and printed sources from Sixteenth and Seventeenth centuries.
