The article studies the relationship between the person and the law. The impressions about this relationship are approached in three steps: in the first, the essay defines the theoretical meaning of the term “person”, starting by the Limone’s speculative idea; in the second, is outlined a definition of law in a personalistic-philosophical perspective; in the third, the relationship allows us to define the person as a “subsistent law”.
