The majour aspects of the work were the choise of polymeric substrate (chitosan, polyvivylalcohol, polyacrylic acid and their derivatives) and the development of appropriate preparative technologies (spray-drying, freeze-drying or combination) aimed at increasing the functional prperties of carriers. In particular, we wildly researched the conditions allowing the optimization of the functional properties of the carriers and the formulation of time-dependent or pH-dependent drug delivery systems.
