Abstract
Topiramate analysis is difficult due to the lack of chromophores in its chemical structure and, consequently, its extremely low absorbance. This analytical problem has been solved developing an original derivatisation procedure to generate a fluorescent adduct, which has good fluorescence emission intensity and thus can be detected by HPLC with spectrofluorimetric detection. Preliminary results are satisfactory and method validation is in progressFile in questo prodotto:
