"Social Movements and Spatial Dynamics" Journal it’s a two-quartely (six-monthly) electronic journal of the Social Movements and Urban Space Research Group (MSEU/UFPE). Its purpose is gathering scientific articles, literature reviews, book reviews and notes concerning, especially, the role of social movements in processes related to the production of space. But also gathering articles discussing the different actors, tools and contents related to the spatial production process, and articles seeking for investigating planning and management practices referred to urban spaces, as well as to the role of public policies within their sociospatial repercussions. The journal is destined, therefore, towards professionals in Human Geography and related fields.
