Collaboration with Justice in Italy

This is a comparative law study on the provision of undertakings to offenders who are willing to give evidence in the prosecution of others, conducted by staff members of the Institute of Criminal Law and Criminology of Leiden University and commissioned by the Research and Documentation Centre of the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security. It was carried out in cooperation with a number of external partners. In this regard we thank Professor M. Lindemann and Dr. D.A.G. van Toor (authors of the German country report); Professor M.
