Abstract
This contribution provides a survey of a formal machinery I developed elsewhere with other colleagues to account for some fundamental aspects of legal reasoning. The analysis is developed within a non-monotonic and computationally-oriented framework based on Defeasible Logic and shows how some temporal extensions of this logic can capture crucial reasoning patterns regarding legal modifications, the so-called legal positions, and dialogues in legal contexts.File in questo prodotto:
