The complex framework of regulatory sources relating to the reform of process for declaration of nullity of marriage. The essay examines the complex framework of the regulatory sources that today govern the process of nullity of marriage. It describes the structure of the laws signed by the Pope in 2015 and their coordination with previous laws. The present work then shows the atypical and contradictory measures coming from various Roman organisms. In view of the current difficulties in applying these stratified rules, we hope for a new Apostolic Constitution that will reorganize the matter.

Il saggio esamina il complesso quadro delle fonti che oggi regolano il processo di nullità del matrimonio. Descrive la struttura delle leggi firmate dal Papa nel 2015 e il loro coordinamento con le leggi anteriori. Si sofferma poi sui provvedimenti atipici provenienti da vari dicasteri romani, tra loro contraddittori. Alla luce delle attuali difficoltà di applicazione di queste norme stratificate si auspica una nuova Costituzione Apostolica che riordini la materia.
