The paper analyzes the overall satisfaction of conference attendees toward the Tourist Local System and its changes over time. We investigate two aspects: the relevant features of the TLS affecting conference attendees satisfaction and the dynamic of attendee evaluations. At this aim, a Multiwaves LISREL model is estimated on a data set from the Tourist Satisfaction Survey, conducted in Rimini from 2004 to 2006 by the Faculty of Statistics – University of Bologna. The analysis shows that conference attendee evaluation scheme toward Rimini involves tree main TLS aspects (Accommodation, Leisure services and Local environment) and it is quite similar over time.

Abstract
The paper analyzes the overall satisfaction of conference attendees toward the Tourist Local System and its changes over time. We investigate two aspects: the relevant features of the TLS affecting conference attendees satisfaction and the dynamic of attendee evaluations. At this aim, a Multiwaves LISREL model is estimated on a data set from the Tourist Satisfaction Survey, conducted in Rimini from 2004 to 2006 by the Faculty of Statistics – University of Bologna. The analysis shows that conference attendee evaluation scheme toward Rimini involves tree main TLS aspects (Accommodation, Leisure services and Local environment) and it is quite similar over time.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
