A major question of the Western Sahara case is the legality either under international law or European Union law of the conclusion between Morocco and third parties of Agreements which may affect the Western Sahara’s territory. This is especially true for the European Union, an actor deeply involved in a cooperative process with Morocco. The work tries to answer to this question, in light of the most recent developments in the field.
