Telematics and intercultural societies represent two important educational challenges, requiring a pedagogic reflection , aiming at specific juxtappositions and complexity. On the one hand we have intercultural contexts, where cultures, people, products, moving and clashing on a background characterized by globalized horizons and migratory movements, arousing attention for unpredictable emergency situations. On the other hand , new communication technologies, in continuous evolution, challenge social, economic and cultural contexts, halfway between suitability and disorientation, potentialities and risks, plurality and homologation. Empowerment perspective, acquired through the intentional exploitation of new technologies becomes a possible path in order to manage an educational project, whose aims are the emancipation of subject , the development of participation processes and the improvement of strategies towards active citizenship.

Abstract
