This PhD research aims at developing a tool for the observation and evaluation of teacher's practices in primary school, and the context where they occour. The main hypothesis is that observation, collection of data and the consequent feedback to the subjects involved (stakeholders) can lead teachers to put into place some effective processes of formative evaluation.
