The speech focuses on some critical elements which emerged as a result of a first reflection on the project. It is to be avoided that the simple testing of the basics acquired by the students results in prevailing over the evaluation of the true and undeniable aim of the juridical education: the acquisition of a method. This and others results will be achieved by enhancing adequately the interdisciplinary perspective. Furthermore, in arranging the test it will not be possible to avoid taking into account the current process of revisal of the traditional courses of study in Law.
