This chapter examines terms, concepts and definitions on migration through the lens of the three conceptions of justice developed by GLOBUS: Justice as non-domination, justice as impartiality, and justice as mutual recognition. In view of these perspectives of justice, the EU migration concepts and definitions reveal the tensions and potential contradictions existing both between different demands of justice and within different components of the EU Migration System of Governance (EUMSG).

Abstract
This chapter examines terms, concepts and definitions on migration through the lens of the three conceptions of justice developed by GLOBUS: Justice as non-domination, justice as impartiality, and justice as mutual recognition. In view of these perspectives of justice, the EU migration concepts and definitions reveal the tensions and potential contradictions existing both between different demands of justice and within different components of the EU Migration System of Governance (EUMSG).File in questo prodotto:
