The chapter draws together the results of the preliminary analysis on the migration legislation of Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Hungary, Greece and Norway. Considered together, and examined thorough the lens of the three conceptions of justice examined above, the case studies point out the tensions and potential contradictions existing both between the different demands of justice and, empirically, within several components of the EU Migration System of Governance (EUMSG).

Abstract

The chapter draws together the results of the preliminary analysis on the migration legislation of Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Hungary, Greece and Norway. Considered together, and examined thorough the lens of the three conceptions of justice examined above, the case studies point out the tensions and potential contradictions existing both between the different demands of justice and, empirically, within several components of the EU Migration System of Governance (EUMSG).
