A fashion exhibit, as I see it, is another way to put forward an argument through a different medium, which of course has its own set of rules. This is not to say that exhibitions are another way to write papers, of course they are not, rather that ideas, the way I see it, have to be clearly stated and visible in exhibitions, as they are in articles/papers.
