This study, directed by Peter G. Rowe and R. Pasini, in collaboration with the School of Architecture of Cesena - University of Bologna, is part of the activities promoted in order to collect tools and information useful to support the evaluation of the appropriate settlement dynamics and the guidelines of new PTR for the development, arrangement and organization of the territory. The specific experience of a project on an urban level was applied to two case studies: Cesena and Cesenatico.
