The architecture of the italian "colonie di vacanza" was often an instrument for the diffusion of the work of the regime as well as an indoctrination instrument. In this sense, the decorative elements collaborated in particular with the layout of spaces of an "autonomous" nature in wich however art was not always merely a means for propaganda but also a pedagogic instrument.
