Abstract

Teaching organizational disciplines in university courses poses peculiar problems and challenges. In particular, both the students and the business world ask for higher professionalization, while the relevance of theoretical discussion is continuously lessening. This contribution presents an alternative pedagogy in which theory and practice coalesce to enable and stimulate students’ learning processes. This pedagogy presupposes a different approach to theory and to its adoption in university courses
