With the avowed task to draw up a territorial plan, called Piano Territoriale di Coordinamento Provinciale (PTCP) in the Ferrara’s area, following a conservative method which could keep the local stratified language, proved to be a valid paradigm to define all of the elements in the environment studied. Components were iconized and embedded in a database, in order to obtain a digital archive where hyperlinks could rapidly visualize sets of data in a dynamical view, leading to a deep study for the local traditions and issues.
