Specific project objective is to develop sustainable common base for creating student and faculty mobility on university, country and international level and validating academic records as well as strengthening ways for establishing more compatible educational programs. Outputs - outcomes 1. Development of instructional materials on transferring local credits into ECTS; 2. Upgrading the qualification of administrative and academic staff both of the Ministry of Education and Science and local universities on peculiarities of ECTS; 3. Dissemination of the Project results among Kazakhstani universities; 4. Development of the Resource center on ECTS system for Kazakhstani higher education system
