This will be possible constituting adequate structures as Web Site, Staff of teachers support, teachers motivation and preparation, call center as front desk towards demand of service in LLL and managing courses as it concerns resource rising and programming. Output - outcomes: 1. Model of estimation LLL demand 2. Structured system of LLL (Agreement form ) 3. Model of short term LLL Course TraditionalDistance Learning. 3.1 .ICT Basic 3.2 .Cultural Heritage 3,3 .Social work 3.4. Self achievement in small business 4. Manual for teachers and students related to each type of course. 5. Training teachers ( 125) and university teaching staff (45) in organizing short courses of LLL 6. Support to the realization of a WEB Site for information on LLL carried on by University and to gather the demand of LLL promoting courses and activities. 7. Activation of a call center devoted to coordinate information and gather demand and enrolment 8. Activation of practice classroom in Simulimpresa 9. Global masterplan for LLL in Novosibirsk Region.
